John Lennon’s Tooth Sells for $31,200

John Lennon's Tooth
John Lennon’s tooth recently went up for auction when his former housekeeper, Dot Jarlett, passed the not-so-pearly white down to her daughter as a souvenir.

Apparently, the tooth was reported as too fragile to accurately identify as John Lennon’s. Even so, the tooth was won in auction by a Canadian dentist for $31,200.

With the Omega Auction House expecting the molar to sell for around $16,000, the final winning bid must have been pretty astonishing.
